We are all busy people, but we still want to feed our families healthy foods that aren’t filled with chemicals and preservatives. You will leave this class with 6-10 preservative-free, all-natural meals to put in your freezer (each meal feeds 4-6), as well as recipes for side-dishes. You choose which option suits you best. All material fees are paid to the instructor at the class.
OPTION 1 = a $30 materials/ingredients fee: The instructor will provide the seasoning blends, marinades and oils needed to make 6 recipes, as well as freezer bags, and several other shared ingredients to make mealtime a breeze. In this option, participants will shop for their proteins, vegetables and a few other ingredients such as honey and tomato sauce to bring to class to assemble for the freezer. In this option, participants do not bring home the unused seasonings.
OPTION 2 = $84 materials/ingredients fee: The instructor will prep and provide ALL ingredients except the meats (including vegetables, canned goods, seasonings, Ziploc bags and more!), for 10 recipes. In this option, participants keep the unused seasoning blends and oils to remake some of their favorite meals as well as side dishes.

6.Gourmet Java Burgers
Upgrade to 10 Meal Option: All of the above and the following:
7. Lemon Glazed Tenders
8. Scampi Chicken & Broccoli Penne
9. Red Bell Pepper with Couscous
10. Asian Lettuce Wraps
A grocery list of meats and/or other ingredients to bring with you will be provided to you in advance. (You can make protein substitutions.) Your family will think you're a gourmet chef. Please register early so you and the instructor have time to shop for ingredients, etc.
