This informative class will help students and parents understand and prepare for the college search, application and admission process.The instructor, a 20-year veteran of the college admissions world and the former director of admission at Fairfield University, offers insights and expertise to help guide you on this all-important journey.

Topics include:
  • Having a four- year high school plan, and understanding your academic profile.
  • Inside the admissions office—how do they read the application? How do they decide who gets in?
  • Researching colleges and developing an appropriate college list that is right for you.
  • Planning campus visits and interviews.
  • Creating an impactful application and essay.
  • Understanding financial aid and scholarships. 
 Her presentation will also include time for your particular questions and concerns.
