Burn calories, increase your endurance, tone your muscles and have fun with this high energy, low impact workout. Build muscular strength as well as bone density with the addition of hand held weights. Each class includes an abs section to build core strength and stability and ends with stretching for increased flexibility and relaxation. All levels of fitness and all ages are encouraged to join. Please bring a mat and 3lb weights.
