Yoga means “union” and implies a joining or completeness (or integration). Nidra means “sleep”. Yoga Nidra is the yoga of non-doing. It is the yoga of being and feeling and goes beyond wakefulness and dreaming. It is the alert awakening of the deep, deep stillness of what is asleep within you. During Yoga Nidra, your consciousness is expanded and experienced at an extremely deep level. Bring a mat, pillow and/or blanket and a willingness to relax and fully restore your body and mind.
