About 40% of women and 30% of men suffer from insomnia. Instead of staring at your ceiling each night, there are some simple steps you can take to make your sleep longer and deeper. In this 90-minute class you will learn techniques that if practiced and used daily, will result in a brighter you each morning. We will look at the causes of insomnia and the things we do in our daily lives to make it worse. You will also learn how to develop your own sleep hygiene ritual. Valerie Foster, C.MI., MBSR, and Bill Van Ollefen, C.MI., MBSR, owners of Pathway to Mindfulness, have helped hundreds of their clients sleep better – which makes them healthier, happier and more productive.
