In this 2-week class, you will explore how to adopt a new mentality of figuring out what food works best for your individual needs. Going beyond diet and exercise to properly fuel your body, feel better than you have in years and naturally restore vitality and energy.
  • Learn to get in-tune with what your body needs to keep it strong without counting calories /points.
  • Discuss the pros and cons of food trends/practices (cleanses, dieting, plant-based, gluten-free...) and if they are right for you.
  • Smart Food Consumer - Identify those unhealthy “Health Foods” and improve your buying habits with simple tricks and tips that won’t break the bank.
